Help Desk Institute (HDI)

AMS is a member of HDI, the world's largest IT service and technical support membership association and the industry's premier certification and training body.  Guided by an international panel of industry experts and practitioners, HDI is the leading resource for help desk/support center emerging trends and best practices.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO)

AMS follows the ISO 9001-2000 quality management standard, which represents an international consensus of "good service practice." ISO 9001-2000 certification ensures that we build quality into our services and avoid costly after-the-fact rework.  It also supports the development of standardization to facilitate the international exchange of our services.

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

ITIL is an industry-standard approach to IT service management and AMS is committed to following ITIL standards.

Project Management Institute (PMI)

AMS follows the Project Management Institute (PMI) approach to project management.

Using their guidelines, AMS provides and promotes common project management knowledge and expertise across our organization through the establishment of best practices, formal training and education, and mentoring. Many of AMS’ technicians have obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.

Business Development Institute

The Business Development Institute International (BDInstitute) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting business development excellence through the Capability Maturity Model® for Business Development (BD-CMM). AMS uses the principles of BD-CMM in our approach to business development and proposal management.
