We provide on and off-site warranty service and maintenance, including first level support, repair and replacement, for a major installation of Samsung Electronics displays at one of North America’s largest airports—covering more than a thousand monitors and TVs used to display passenger flight information and news.
AMS ensures the airport faster turnarounds on repairs and replacement and eliminates the need for them to keep spares and electronic sets on hand. And, because we can do everything right there onsite, Samsung sees greatly reduced logistics and lower shipping requirements for equipment under warranty.
