ARINC Managed Services LLC Moves to New Annapolis Headquarters

Annapolis—ARINC Managed Services, LLC, the world’s leading provider of managed IT services and support for the aviation industry, today opened a new headquarters office in Annapolis, MD.

A wholly-owned subsidiary of ARINC Incorporated, ARINC Managed Services (AMS) provides 24-hour maintenance and support for airline check-in systems and other technologies. The company also provides IT systems maintenance, Service Desk support, and professional services for airports around the world.

John M. Belcher, Chairman and CEO of ARINC Incorporated, congratulated the staff and management of ARINC Managed Services for their industry leadership and innovation during a brief dedication event Thursday morning November 10.

Robert L. Hannon, President of the Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation, presented the company with a certificate of appreciation from County Executive John R. Leopold, in recognition of the decision to locate its office in Anne Arundel County, and for contributions to the economic growth of the county and state.

Christopher B. Forrest, ARINC Managed Services Senior Director, said the company is looking forward to continued growth opportunities. “As the organization dedicated to
supporting ARINC’s technologies around the world, we are excited to operate from this new location and to join our parent company in the Annapolis business community,” Mr. Forrest said.

AMS recently moved staff from a previous location south of Annapolis to its new headquarters at 170 Jennifer Road. In addition to the Annapolis headquarters, AMS maintains on-site offices at many of the world’s largest airports, as well as Anne Arundel County’s own Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

In remarks, Mr. Hannon also recognized ARINC CEO John Belcher “for the individual work he has done for many foundations that benefit Anne Arundel County.”
